ABOUT KRISS:
My background is in the beauty and fashion industry. I’ve been working as a session hairdresser and educator for the last 15, 20 years. I started this business along with my wife.
HOW HE USED OUR SYSTEM:
Everyone seems to be pretty much vying for everyone’s success, which was great. There was no holding back on secrets, or holding back on any strategies that anybody had.
RESULTS:
We went for a small 200 units. Got a private labelled product, which looked fantastic. We built up a fantastic relationship with the supplier in China. The product’s done very, very well.
FUTURE GOALS:
We’re looking at getting five, by the year end. We’re on two now so we’ve got a bit more time, but I think the idea here is to get the levels of products within this brand to what feels natural and then looking at a second brand, completely away from what we’re currently doing.
